Follow-up Workbook – 8 Week workbook to be used after completing the Series

The Fearless Series for Women Follow-up Workbook is for women who have completed the 5-week video series and for women who desire to go into a more intensive & healing small group process. This group with the Workbook will be 8 weeks long and take participants into a deeper experience of help, hope, & healing from the effects of sexual trauma.

The Workbook covers these 8 important subjects:

  • An introduction to the Battle for Healing & why healing is so hard.
  • Admitting Powerlessness and the need to give up trying to heal with our own power.
  • Looking at the Pile Principle that addresses how our “piles” of emotional garbage sabotage our lives and relationships.
  • How to Stop the Shame and why shame is a killer of joy and how to get freed from it.
  • How to Believe the Truth and stop listening to the lies we are living our lives by.
  • Why we need to Be a Forgiver and how to properly forgive our abusers. We will look at what forgiveness is and what it is not.
  • To learn to Be Forgiven by learning how to forgive ourselves.
  • And finally to learn why we should Be a Giver Awayer and why helping other sisters of this experience helps our own journey of healing.
